Are you anxious 😰?!

Worry not, I was or maybe I’m on the the same boat ⛵. While my engineering is on the verge of getting complete still figuring out what the heck will I do in my life 🧬. And due to this many times we find ourselves getting stucked in our own thought process, we pressurise our mind, compare ourselves with others and it keeps goes on.

But wait, I want you to understand one thing although I am teaching myself up too. Amidst this continues loop of thoughts 💭 have we ever thing that our half of the day gets covered by thinking 🤔 those things again and again which actually have no point of origin or never ending rail of thoughts.

Result: It makes your whole day a miserable 😖 with no respect of peace 🕊️.

Solution: Accept the reality, make problems as your friend. It may sound light, but this is what we actually need. Start exploring things without wasting time. Plan your day thoroughly, no matter what it takes. Start chasing small goals until it makes your habit to dream for the new and big one and chasing the same. Start talking with people especially with the one who are more experience holder than you, that is where you get to know the insights.

Stop 🛑 thinking, and start doing.

Remember: no matter how much you think, how much motivation you take, unless and until if we don’t take up action you will either end up blaming the person or the situation or you will surround yourself with distractions at the end.

As Victor E Frankle put this very nicely in his book Man’s searching for meaning:

When we find no deep meaning, we usually surround ourselves with pleasures.

So chill 🤠, have faith, relax, love your family, have gratitude and keep moving.
